Bishop-Elect Patrick O’Regan
I am delighted to hear of the Holy Father’s appointment of Bishop-Elect Patrick O’Regan as the Bishop of Sale.
Bishop-Elect O’Regan has wide experience in parish life and Diocesan governance. Also, his higher studies in Liturgy and Sacramental Theology will offer him an outstanding foundation to offer episcopal leadership in the Diocese of Sale.
