Biennial conference set to be grace-filled
SISTERHOOD will celebrate 10 years of ministry in Australia this year with its biennial national Catholic women’s conference to be held this month, titled ‘Everything is Grace’.
Sisterhood is a movement that seeks to support women in their faith journey through small groups that meet fortnightly throughout the year across Australia, as well as local social events and the biennial national conference.
The vision of Sisterhood is to see women return to their local parish, workplace and families renewed in their understanding of the vocation of womanhood and a deeper mission for evangelisation.

The conference is a weekend of fellowship, authentic Catholic formation, the Sacraments and Adoration. There are also several keynote inputs from some of Australia’s top Catholic speakers.
This year’s conference will be held at the Tops Conference Centre, Stanwell Tops, NSW, from February 26-28. Speakers will include Sr Mary Rachel OP, Tim and Lara Kirk, Karen Doyle, Therese Nichols, Philipa Caulfield and Fr Ken Barker MGL.
This year’s conference will also see Sisterhood welcome their first international speaker, Lindsey Dennis from Florida, USA, to share her inspiring story of how she discovered true hope in the midst of great loss. Having lost two daughters 14 months apart she invites women into the wonders of how God works in our lives in seasons of loss and reveals himself in ways we never dreamed possible.
