NSW Child Sexual Abuse Laws

The NSW Government laws to protect children and improve outcomes for survivors is the Criminal Legislation Amendment (Child Sexual Abuse) Act 2018.  This Act includes offences of failure to reduce or remove the risk of child abuse, and failure to report child abuse, as well as sentencing procedures for historical child sexual abuse.
