Not having an up to date WWCC means you could be penalised via two years imprisonment, or a fine of 240 penalty units maximum or both. | It is an offence for a person to work or volunteer in a regulated activity without a WWVP registration. In this situation, fines up to $7,000 and/or 2 years imprisonment can apply. |
