Fertility Awareness Methods

The Sympto-Thermal Method (STM) uses changes in cervical mucus combined with basal body temperature and other symptoms of ovulation to determine the fertile and infertile phases of a woman's cycle. STM can be used with irregular or regular cycles, and throughout the various stages of a woman's life: avoiding / planning / spacing pregnancies, breastfeeding, post-hormonal contraceptive use right through to the perimenopause time
