Respect Life Sunday
Respect Life Sunday
Sunday 29th September

Every human life is a precious gift from God, sacred from the moment of conception to natural death. It is our collective responsibility to respect and protect the dignity of every person, embracing them at every stage and in all circumstances.
The right to life stands as the cornerstone of human rights, inspiring Catholics to advocate for a world that deeply values human life and fosters a stronger commitment to justice and peace. We invite you to be part of this meaningful celebration and reflection on the sanctity of life.
On Sunday, September 29, 2024, we will observe Respect Life Sunday in the Archdiocese of Canberra Goulburn. Join us as Archbishop Christopher highlights the importance of life issues during the 11 a.m. Mass at the Cathedral, followed by a warm gathering in Haydon Hall.
